Message The ES master kit includes subframe bushings, so our SPL solid subframe bushings would be in place of the ES urethane subframe bushings.

The bushing collars are intended for use with stock subframe bushings that have been compressed/deformed, to take up the slack that develops as a result of the stock subframe bushings being compressed/deformed.

Poly/rubber will slowly deform/cold-flow from having a constant load/weight exerted on it. So poly bushings will eventually require replacement again, while solid bushings will never need replacement. Solid bushings will be a little noisier than poly, but not by much; poly and solid will both be much noisier than stock. FWIW our solid subframe bushings are supplied with rubber isolators between the chassis and subframe that will slightly reduce noise.

In addition to being solid, our subframe bushings also allow for roll-center and anti-squat tuning/adjustment by raising/lowering the subframe.
